Event Permits
We prepare and submit all event permit applications and compile the necessary plans for the event safety file, including the safety, security and medical plans. All contractors/suppliers are audited in terms of the Safety at Sports and Recreational Events Act, 2010 and the Occupational Health and Safety Act, 1993.
Safety Officers
We provide full-time safety officers on site for events, including build-up and break-down, to ensure compliance with the event safety laws and regulations.

Health & Safety
Ecosafety is a registered Construction Health and Safety Agent with the Association for Construction Health and Safety Management. As an important component of Ecosafety’s construction services, our health and safety consultants have all the necessary tools, skills and knowledge to ensure a safe and secure working environment for everyone on and around the construction site.
Ecosafety assists employers and property owners in becoming compliant with occupational health, safety and environmental requirements.
Routine Inspections
We conduct annual / bi-annual inspections of building on behalf of the owners, as per tghe requirements of Construction Regulation 11(2) (a) & (b). A written report identifying any legal non-compliances or risks found is then issued to the owner.
Due Diligence Inspections
We conduct building inspections and produce a report of the findings for clients intending to purchase property, as part of their due diligance process.
Emergency Planning
We prepare building specific emergency evacuation plans and assist with the training and appointment of the Emergency Team Members. We also assist with the running of evacuation drills and submit written reports highlighting the successes and requirements for improvements.
Health & Safety Management Systems
We assist companies in developing health, safety and environmental management systems to suit their business needs. We begin the development process by conducting a gap analysis to establish a company’s existing level of compliance before making changes and recommendations.
